Gratitude
The Irish Deaf Kids website began in July 2007 with funding from Social Entrepreneurs Ireland. Today, IDK has a CRO file (462323), charitable status (CHY 18589), and a voluntary board of directors. In 2010, IDK received Ireland’s eGovernment award (Education) for its cross-sector collaboration. The venture is self-financed through diversified streams.
In its short life, IDK has received valuable support from other areas.
